Create a static website for your bitbucket project. Create a new repo <username>.bitbucket.io  (example mordancy.bitbucket.io) . Create an initial html document and commit. The website is available almost immediately using the repo name as the url (example:  http://mordancy.bitbucket.io )

I believe it is the base for gitbash. msys2 gives you a full arch linux shell environment on windows. You can install it for current user only and it does not need admin rights. Additionally, you can get the list of installed applications, pipe to a file and use on a new machine or when reinstalling.

Since 1987 The Super Dimension Fortress (sdf.org) has offered a netbsd shell environment with minimal hosting and tools for free ($36 for lifetime access, which I recommend)  and various levels of paid addons.

OS that I was talking about. It is a customized version of the
Codecademy’s learn the command line course
